Traditions when you can take advantage of it.  Guns and Locations are used to 
put you lower than your Parity Shift target, and KRC damage can be assigned to 
you to do the same.  Don't be afraid to vote backwards if need be, especially if
there is another vote deck and you need to ensure Vote Lock.  Missed out on the 
2007 Australian Championships final by .5 of a VP.
