Laura Griffith Andrews and her husband Andy's daughter Mollie Andrews recently won 2nd Runner Up in Eastern Alamance High  School�s  Homecoming Queen contest. Mollie is pictured to the left, on the far right.  Mollie was also selected as Senior Superlative; Best Dressed for 2006-2007. Congrats Laura, Andy and Mollie!
Kala Glenn Pruitt and her husband Kenny welcomed a new grandson, Dalton James Clayton on October 19, 2006.  Congratulations Kala and Kenny! Don't spoil the little fella too much!

Not to be outdone, Randy Thompson and his wife are the proud grandparents of  Kyley Alyse Thompson, born on October 16, 2006!  Kyley Alyse entered the world at 7 lbs. and  measured 19 inches long. Randy reports counting 10 fingers and 10 toes on little Kyley Alyse!  Congratulations to Randy and his wife on their second grandchild.  Send Pics Randy!
Denny Tate�s daughter Lizzie Tate participated in the Class 3-A Regional cross country track meet, representing Williams High School.  Lizzie spent last spring running middle distance for the Bulldog�s track and field team. She was approached by the cross country team to join them, and was cited as an asset to the team by the Bulldog's coach, Benny Morgan.
Lynne Harrison Haynes and her husband Russell Haynes, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Paige Haynes to Bradley Frank Morris.  The wedding is planned for December 9th, 2006. Lynne�s daughter is a North Carolina Teaching Fellow, and is a teacher of exceptional children.  Congrats Lynne and Russell!  We'll be waiting for wedding photos!

Randy Thompson, and Lee Boggs both have sons  presently serving our country in Iraq. Please keep these young men, and all of our brave troops in your thoughts and prayers.  Randy and Lee, if your sons are lucky enough to have e-mail access, and they would welcome e-mail from your old school pals, please send their contact info to me at [email protected] and I will forward this to our classmates.
