| Hiddenite PE Club |

| The PE Club at Hiddenite Elementary is an opportunity for 4th and 5th grade students to experience and attempt skills that are not offered during regular PE classes. The skills learned are combined with routines used during performances. Last year, we made nine different performances at schools, basketball games, and for fund raisers. |

| Along with teaching skills, the PE Club often takes a variety of field trips. Some of our trips consist of hiking, bowling, skating, minature golf, and the Carowinds Theme Park at the end of the year. |

| Requirements for PE Club |

| All PE Club members are expected to do their best in all aspects of school. Tweny to twenty - four students are selected each yaer. Students are selected for PE Club based on points earned. |
|
| 50% of scores are based on fitness test score and skills. The PE teacher keeps these scores based on what the student earns. |
| 25% of scores are based on work ethic and behavior from the previous school year. This is determained by classroom teachers. |
| 25% of scores are based on work ethic and behavior from the current school year. This is also determained by classroom teachers. |
| During the current school year, students must maintain a high level of behavior and work ethic. |
