Hey Chiefs,

Here is a rundown of the things that were discussed at this weeks exhibition meeting -

The representatives from each major elective will begin collecting the student exhibition levy this week. Just in case you forgot, or ate last weeks email, The exhibition levy is $150 per student; of which a $50 deposit is required by June 10. Remember: if you pay the full amount by june 10, you will recieve a 10% discount. (a jug of beer)

Your Representatives for each Major Elective are:

Corporate Identity - Ryan Minchin & Stephanie Marinovich
Illustration - Marc Ham & Lian Tan
Art Direction - Paul Innes & Noodles
Multimedia - Fred Loo & Tara P
Photography - Aidan & Noodles

- Noodles has kindly created and set up a suggestion box, which is located in the front office of our WASADM building, on the right hand side as you walk into the office door. So if you have any ideas for the exhibition, fundrasing, themes, etc. please place your ideas & comments into the suggestion box. Alternately you can send comments, suggestions or fan mail to Dan and Skye.

- So far we have quite a few fund raising ideas in the works. These of course are open to any suggestions, ideas, comments etc. If you have any other ideas or can help out in any way, please contact us and let us know. So far the fund raising events we have in mind are:
A music event at Headquaters in Leederville (See Noodles)
A Night of beverage consumption and good times at the Varga Lounge (see Sarah Morrison)
A fund raising event at Zone 3 in northbridge (see Dan McKeating)
Movie Night (see any of the committee members or Representatives)
Please if you have any other ideas for fund raising, let us know via eMail or the Suggestion Box in the WASADM office.

- Obviously everyone that is reading this eMail is on Dan's eMailing list for exhibition information. (duh) BUT there are still around 10 or so people whos eMail addresses i don't have, therefore they are not recieving this info... so if y'all can please let people know that i need their email addresses ! (please forward them to Dan, Skye or the Suggestion box)

- Now it is time to start thinking about what kind of theme we all want to have for the graduate exhibition this year. We must all start putting out heads together now, and come up with crazy ideas !! So anyone with ideas/names/themes please eMail Dan or Skye or place a note in the suggestion box! No matter how weird, random or crazy the idea is...we wanna hear it !! Heres a few that people have come up with so far...

It's a damn good start ! Remember to think not just of random crazy names, but THEMES. If you come up with a crazy name, think of how it could be executed. (EG: my goat is on fire - crazy name, well executed)
