Enon News for Monday February 18, 2002 -- Presidents' Day!
Volume 1 Number 32

*******************************************************

Greetings!  I hope all is well with you today.  Now for the summaries:

Tim Smith led the song before bible class yesterday morning, and then he led the discussion on Mark 8.  We did not finish Mark 8, but we did make progress...  Floyd Turk led the prayer before class.

Tim Smith made the announcements before the morning worship service, and Coby Smith (filling in for his dad) led the singing.  Glenn Russell worded the opening prayer, and Paul Suggs presided at the Lord's Table.  Paul was assisted by Chad White, David Summerlin, Gary Wolfe.  Tim Smith delivered a sermon dealing with the Prodigal Son -- based on an outline he prepared over 20 years ago (b.t.w. -- he was 17 years old then).  Jerry Gant led the closing prayer.

Singing Class went very well -- this is a good work and from it come our song leaders for tomorrow!

Glenn Russell made the announcements before the P.M. worship, and Alex White led the singing.  Floyd Turk led the first prayer, and Tim Smith delivered the lesson (on Redeeming The Time -- from Eph. 5:16).  Glenn Russell presided at the Lord's Table and we were dismissed by Gary Wolfe.
