Well..what can I say about Geography 1 except I love it.. :) I learned many things that actually sticks in my head.. I learned about latitudes, longitudes, sun angles, soils, waves, currents, vegitation, different zones, climates, about rocks, waters, ice, glacials, ice-ages, rotations, revolution, pangeas, earthquakes, faults, continentality, tectonic plates, winds, wind belts, high pressure-low-pressure systems, air, condensation, humidity, temperatures, precipitation, orographical barriers, different types of liftings, different types of cyclones and storms, different collisions, and the results of collisions, etc etc... I loved this class but I have to admid that I'm kind of glad that this is over..cuz I worked hard in the class....I did meet very nice and kind people in the class...I'll miss our talks
Of course I got the highest grade in the class again (A).. :) I know I know.. I got 98,96,90, and probably 100 on my finals :) puahaha
The professor was Bill Russell, he knows lots about geography... and is a good teacher. I got very into geography... Although on the tests, the maximum number of people that get's A on the tests would be three..so on every test, there were like 1, or 2, or 3 A's... but I did ace everything he threw at me :)..very successful class.... This is one of the most productive class that I've taken at Pierce.. I do recommend Russell for everyone..If you don't slack, and you have some interests in geography, you will do well in the class@!!
