| GFC had an ok game and we still have a lot of work to do to get better. Defence has moved its shutout streak to 360 minutes well 359. Thats simply a great job guys. Its so important to build from the back and this effort is showing in our results. Terry opened up the scoring with a well taken header, followed by George who wanted to hurt the back of the net and Terry again to put the game out of range for Exxon. Man of the Match goes to Jim Ed, His stability and coolness under pressure has settled us down. Playing at least 3 positions yesterday and doing great in all. Congrats Jim Ed and well deserved. Stay focused fellas we need to work even harder and learn to play together better. We have a good base so lets build on it. |

| Good win guys . We should have had a lot more goals but it wasn't to be. We need to get more consistent. We played the bottom 2 teams in the league before this and came out with a tie and loss. Last night we played the second best and beat them relatively easily despite only having 11 players. Otherwise good Job fellas. Ryan had his brace set up by Mikey for the first and put open by Ralph for the second. Both were created by clever thinking. Well done. Man of the Match goes to Saul for his great hustle on the right along with his hard work rate. Congrats Saul. |
