Children Tea Event Policies
Reservations: Reserve your party 4-6 weeks in advance. 
Make a list of all your guests with addresses and send them to us by e-mail.
Payment(s): $75.00 Deposit to hold date. 
Remainder of balance before event begins.
Confirmation: We will contact you 5 to 7 days prior to your event to confirm guest count.  Parties may be scheduled for 8 or more guests.  If less than 8 guests attend your party, you will be charged for 8 guests.
Refunds/Cancellations: If you need to cancel the event 15 days before the event, your deposit will be refunded minus the a $40.00 cancellation fee.  If you cancel the event up to 14 days before the event, no refund will be given, but we will be hapy to try and reschedule your event.

You are responsible to have enough tables and chairs for guests, when
LMGT Society caters to your location.

*We will set up an hour prior to the event and clean up takes another hour.
