            Ryouko is said to be created by Washu (in the OAV series) by combining her own egg cells with creatures called The Mass .    She   was trapped for 700 yrs. in a cave after wreaking havoc in Jurai. In he tv series she then appeared as a space pirate who crashed on Earth.
            Ryouko possesses the power to use fireballs and blade of energy as weapons. She can even pass through anything and can fly. Ryouko also has teleportation powers. Although she always makes trouble, her affection for Tenchi is so evident that she is forever competing with Aeka for his attention.
