| Chiriko posseses intelligence that is above his age. At the young age of 13, he was already a scholar and was studying to be a government official in the court of Konan. He is the last among the Suzaku Seishi to appear. At the time Seiryuu Seishi Amiboshi was pretending to be a Suzaku Seishi, Chiriko saw disasters written in the Suzaku stars. He immediately went to the palace where he stopped the ceremony meant to call the Suzaku |
| and since it was Amiboshi who is with them, disaster will take place in the ritual. Upon arriving Chiriko showed his character at his foot introducing himself as the Suzaku Seishi Chiriko. Together they all fought Amiboshi who was trying to use the music of his flute to kill them all. The youngest among the Seishi, Chiriko loves reading different kind of books. He spent all his hours acquiring knowledge and filling his young mind with informations on things that interest him. He uses his acquired knowledge to help the people around him. Chiriko is kind hearted, thoughful, and respectful to all. He never boasts his intelligence nor make fun of people who is not as good as him. These characteristics enable him to become the suzaku seishi meant to protect and serve the Suzaku No Miko. |
