| I am a young girl in south england. I am normal but have never been religiously commited. My family is Christian and I have been brought up as a Christian, (although not very strictly) and although there were aspects of christianity I like and aggreed with, in the bible there were some things which seemed to full of hatred and violence to be holy. |
| I personally feel that there is a god, he is the same god from all the relgions, seen and worshipped in different ways.In religions where there are more than one god, I feel that each god/goddess they worship is one side of one god. |
But whether or not this is true isn't all that important, what's most important is to be a 'humanist' this is to say that you beleive in treating everyone equally, love everyone, never harm anyone. |
| If there is a god I feel he would prefer that we don't worship him and manage to live in peace, than we use him and our religion as an excuse to hurt and wage wars. I am full of my own ideas. Whether or not you agree is totally up to you. I also feel there is a lot of power within the elements. When put together with our own spirit we can have unlimited power and magick. Using our own powers within mixed with others around us is what magick is all about. I am going to stop blabbing on about me now, I'll let you go, but try to remember what I've said. |
