Little John, guardian, until 18 yrs. of age. Should sd. son die during his minority or without
issue his portion to be divided between dau. Charity and rest of dau's child.; sd. son and Meralus
Little John to acknowledge my Lord's right of 200 A. of escheat land to Thomas Smallwood of
his hrs., formerly called "Wheller's Choice," now "Moor's Rest;" son Henry to have one year's
schooling.

David Davis' Prince George's Co. property includes "Cool Spring,"
90 A. and "Cool Spring Addition," 63 A. Properties purchased between 1742-44. Henry Moore, b ca. 1636, age 22 in October 1658, d. 1673, m. Elizabeth _________; is the father of Henry Moor(2). The Moore family first settled in Charles Co. "Moore's Folly" at Port Tobacco was owned by Henry Moore(1) in 1673.
Henry Moor(2) was married twice, first wife unknown.
