okay here's it...just 7 recipes that are easy to make, and the ingredients are usually found in in every house... So...HAPPY COOKIN'  guys n gals!


1. Chicken Pizza
*It'll be better than the KFC Pizza you're crazy 'bout!! (provided, u follow the steps accurately!) So don't blame me later :P

Ingredients 
(For the Base)

1. 3 cups plain flour
2. 2  3/4 tsp dried yeast
3. 1/2 cup milk powder
4. 2 tsp sugar
5. 1/2 cup oil
6. 2 large eggs
7. Water, acc. to necessity.

Note: Don't confuse b/w 'tblsp' and 'tsp'!!!

(For the top)

1. 1 kg boneless chicken, cubed
2. 1/2 cup crushed mozzarella cheese (for extra cheese, u can always use more)
3. 3/4 cup tomato paste/pure
4. 1 cup cubed capsicum
5. Salt acc. to your taste.
6. Sliced (green/black) olives= 1/2 cup.
7. 2 large onions, sliced
8. 2 tblsp tomato ketchup
9. Canned mushrooms (optional)
10. Black pepper and chilly powder, acc. to taste.
11. Chicken franks. (optional)


METHOD

-Mix yeast in 1/2 cup luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar dissolved in it. Let it stand for 10-15 mins.

-In a bowl, mix flour with sugar& milk powder.

-Mix oil, eggs and yeast with the dry ingredients. Knead well until the dough is elastic enough and doesn't stick.

-Let stand for 3-4 hours.

In the meantime you can prepare the topping.
-Heat some oil in a deep vessel. 

-Golden brown the onion slices. 

***Fry the chicken, the franks and mushrooms separately in a pan***

-Pour in the tomato puree & ketchup on the onions . Keep stirring.

-Add salt, pepper and chilly powder.

-Next goes the capsicum.

-And finally the chicken, franks and the mushrooms. Stir well until done.

Knead half the dough into desired shape, and bake at 250 degree until done.
Once the base is baked, top it with the chicken stuff and garnish with olives and grated mozzarella. Kick it into the oven once again and this time, just allow the cheese to melt at 180 degrees. 

SERVE
with paneer salad (feta/cottage cheese) and hummus. 


2.Rich Chocolate Cake
 
I like its sticcccccky chocky chocky topping yummm!!

INGREDIENTS:
(for the base)

2 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup corn flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder (preferably, Cadbury's Cocoa)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil 
5 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/3 cup milk (preferably, fresh milk)
1 tsp lemon

(the topping)

1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp coffee powder
1 can condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk 
1 tbsp butter
3/4 tsp baking soda

METHOD
(base)
-Mix flour with corn flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.

-Add 1 cup oil, the egg yolks, vanilla, milk and lemon juice. Beat well with and electric beater until smooth.

-In a separate bowl beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy.

-Fold the whites into the cake batter slowly.

-Pour onto a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees until done.

(topping) 
*
Make this only when the cake is ready.

-Mix cocoa with flour and coffee. Add condensed milk and mix well.

-Put the batter on heat (VERY, VERY light heat) and add evaporated milk.

-When it thickens, add 1 tblsp butter.

-Add baking soda, and mix VERY WELL.

-Remove from heat and top the cake immediately (just pour it over, it will set)
SERVE only when cooled! (at room temp.)


3. Chocolate Chip Cookies
*  My favvvvvvvvs!! Very easy to prepare, and yummmmmm...! yikes, Im drooling eww! heheh

INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup soft/dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup melted butter/margarine
1 packet Hershey's milk chocolate chips (you can get them at almost every supermarket. Else, u can use 2 cups chopped chocolate)

METHOD
-
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

-In a separate bowl beat the remaining stuff except the chips, to a creamy mixture.

-Add the dry ingredients and mix. Finally add the choc chips.

-Shape the cookies and bake at 180 degree for not more than 10-12 mins.

SERVE with chilled fresh milk.


4. Double Chocolate Muffins
My favvvvvvv again!! hehehe..Man, i lufff chocolates! (n lili) wink!

INGREDIENTS

280 gms cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa
160 ml soft brown sugar
2 eggs
250 ml sour cream
100 ml milk
4 tbsp oil
400 gms milk chocolate, chopped into small bits
sifted cocoa, for decoration


METHOD

- Preheat oven to 18O degrees.
- Place a paper mould in each hole of the muffin pan.
- Sift cake flour, baking powder and cocoa.
- Stir in sugar.
- Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and oil, and stir into dry ingredients.
- Beat until mixed and of a creamy texture.
- Stir chocolate into mixture and spoon into paper moulds, around three quarters full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until risen and firm to the touch.
- Leave to cool on wire racks and sift cocoa over.

SERVE with tea/coffee


5. Chicken Rolls
* Perfect as a snack.

INGREDIENTS
1. 12 Rice-flour pancakes OR The 'samosa' sheets available in the market! 
2. 1 Chicken boiled & shredded breasts.
3. 1/2 cucumber cut into long cubical strips.
4. 1 large carrot cut into similar strips.
5. A few mint leaves.
6. A few coriander sprigs.
7. Shredded onions=2

METHOD
-
To make the sauce, put everything in a saucepan with 150 ml.
Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Puree in a blender, than leave to cool.
-To make the filling, combine all the ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes.
-To make the rolls, dip the rice pancakes in warm water until soft and pliable, then drain and dry.
-Divide the filling among them , then fold and roll each pancake around the filling to enclose it.
SERVE with tea.


6. Orange Delight

INGREDIENTS
1. Three cups orange juice.
2. One tin condensed milk.
3. Three tblsp gelatin.
4. Three cups whipped cream.

METHOD
-Mix gelatin in a little water, in a double boiler pan.
-When the gelatin melts, add it to the orange juice and mix well.
-Mix the cream and condensed milk and add it to the juice.
-Keep it in the fridge to set.
SERVE.


7. Cream Salad

INGREDIENTS
1. Two tblsp milk
2. One Apple.
3. Two boiled potatoes.
4. Half cup cabbage.
5. Salt 'n' pepper to taste.
6. Quarter cup cream.
7. Half cup boiled chicken.

METHOD
-
Chop the apple, potato, and cabbage into small pieces.
-Mix them well with the cream.
-Next, add milk, salt, pepper and shredded chicken. Mix well.
SERVE with french fries.
