Danielle Jane Minogue, or Dannii as she calls herself, has been recording since 1990 and put out some fun music despite being in the shadow of her famous sister, Kylie.
Though never having acheived major commerical success, Dannii released in 2003 her best and most commerically successful album, "Neon Nights". This 80s-influenced, electro-sparked outing nabbed Dannii three Top 5 hits (in the UK) and her biggest single (yet), the worldwide smash and #2 UK hit (kept out of the top spot by Christina Aguilera) "I Begin To Wonder". Dannii is a pseudo-icon to lovers of Continental dance music and her success paved the way for the late 2003 American release of her "Nights" album with "Wonder" the lead single. With this glut of good fortune we can expect nothing but good things for Dannii in 2004.
