The names of five young men of well-known Bermudian families, have been sent here in private letters as having enlisted in the Canadian Volunteers, to be sent on active service if necessary. Messrs. Rae Simpson, Herman Walker, Cyril Jackson, Kenneth Baker and Arthur Motyer.
Mr. Arthur J. Motyer held the Rhodes Scholarship 1905-1908 and is a graduate of Christ Church.
Should these sons of Bermuda be sent to the front we are sure that they will act so that their country may be proud of them.
