AH HA!!!  That's my car!!!!!!! HANDS OFF!!!!:)  Anyways, that is my '89 Pontiac Grand Prix SE.  I have owned it since August of 1998, and it had 108,000 miles.  As of February of 2002, it has 215,000 miles!!  Wow that's a whole load of miles!  Of course I was at wits end with it a few times, but I look at this car like it's my counterpart.  If it is bad, broken, whatever, I feel the same way, and it will be fixed.  Yes I love the car, and I will never give it up, especially with all this OUTSTANDING mileage!!!! :)  Anyways, it came with the GENERATION 2 Chevrolet 2.8 liter (173ci) Multi-Port Fuel Injected V6, 440-T4 (aka 4T60) 4 speed automatic transaxle with an electronically controlled lockup torque converter, FE3 sport suspension with Pontiac Specific Y99 setup 30 mm front roll bar with a rear roll bar at 12mm(small size due to the action of the light-weight fiberglass leaf spring), and a 2.25 turn sport steering rack (very heavy to turn sometimes), twin pipe exhaust exclusive to the '88 and '89 SE's, 16 inch body colored aluminum wheels, A/C, power windows, door locks, and mirrors, intermittent side lock wipers, 24 way gray velour cloth power seats, full instrumentation (6 gauges with the speedo, gas, and odometer being digital, and tachometer, temperature, oil, and voltage being analog), compass/trip computer, and finally a 4 speaker AM/FM cassette radio with twin tape holders (easy access to the best tapes on your list, I miss this feature and I'll soon tell you why).

There have been numerous refits and updates done to this car. I'll have more on that when I have the time to make another page on it.
