2004 updated webpage
I've heard some grumblings that I never update my website anymore so in a bid to placate the moaners I am going to endeavor to at least keep this page rolling along as events progress.

Firstly, I have a new motorcycle, which makes me very happy.

Secondly, Theresa and I are now the proud parents of 2 four-legged offspring - - Oscar the dog and Chloe the cat.  I don't seem to have a picture of Chloe to hand, but here's
me and Oscar.

Well, if you haven't heard Theresa and I no longer live in New Orleans.  Oh no, we live in Alexandria which is the middle of Louisiana.  I haven't figured out a good answer to why we moved yet but when I do I'll be sure to let you know.  On the plus side though we have a cracking house and a lovely garden which gives my wife great joy to work in.

I'm still doing the same old thing - representing folks charged with crimes.  I have also been harping on about indigent defense of late.  Here's a recent story about it from our local newspaper, The Town Talk -
click here.  Alexandria's pitiful state of indigent defense was featured in an NPR story. They interviewed me for this story but I didn't make the final cut.  Doesn't feel too bad though as the prosecutor interview was also not broadcast!  Oh how so little makes the simple minded happy.

Someone just sent me a link to the funniest website.
Click here if in need of some light refreshment.

Well time to go to lunch.  Check back here soon as the days of website cobwebs are over (and yes I know that that ain't necessarily a good thing).
