Paul Barlow: I have received reports about Paul  our
Delaware retiree who is now recuperating after a number
of medical problems related to Gall-stones amongst
other related ills.
Paul was admitted for surgery more then once in recent
weeks and is now at home getting his strength back.
Paul is one of the Eastern Shore Has-Beens who gather
most months for Lunch at the Oak Orchard American
Legion.
We wish Paul all the best and a speedy recovery.
Ron Kunz: [RAGS says] "This notice got past feeble
memory and I Apologies for the lateness."
Ron underwent a full knee replacement in April and I have
not heard of his progress but we wish Ron the best and
welcome to our growing legion. Kudos to you RON.
Lois Liberty . . . Will be undergoing her second full knee
replacement at the end of May. Lois we love you "
beauty" and the best with a speedy recovery.
from . . . Ken Kidd, South Carolina . . . Dick, good morning.
When the fires were out of control in April around Myrtle
Beach, South Carolina.  I went on a call with the fire de-
partment to Myrtle Beach to fight the fires.
We got back around 0230 Friday morning. I was only
about 3 or 4 miles from Sid Nichols home. I e-mailed
him that we saved his home from the flames. Depart-
ments from all over South Carolina and North Carolina
responded.
I played golf that morning and had an eagle on one hole
and shot 77 for the round. So, I guess, my next round of
golf I should stay up all night. We are the way up to
Bethesda, Maryland to close on our townhouse in Deep
Creek. I will be playing golf at Marlborough and Tantallon
at that time. Take care, and the weather here is
spectacular. Ken Kidd
