| The property is a waterfront condominium on Shuswap Lake in Sorrento, B.C. The property is a strata development and the strata rules are posted in the unit. The condominium is a two bedroom unit, with a maximum accommodation of six people. The smaller bedroom has a double bed. The larger bedroom has bunk beds and a futon double bed. The unit has one four piece bathroom. There is a natural gas fireplace and electric heat. There is a private deck overlooking the lake. There is a large dock but no moorage on site for a power boat. There is a fridge, natural gas stove, dishwasher, mocrowave, washer, dryer, dishes, kitchen utensils, bedding, vacuum, ceck furniture, and a propane BBQ. Soaps and toilet tissue are not provided. Pillows, sheets, and blankets are available. There are no cribs, children's toys, or highchairs. Pets are not allowed. There is no telephone or TV in the unit. It is expected the renter will leave the unit cleaned, the BBQ cleaned, items in the dishwasher unloaded, and any unit laundry you used completed. There is one designated parking spot for our unit #103, but there is also unassigned parking available. Grocery stores, pub, drug store, restaurants, medical clinic, churches, and a liquor store are within easy walking distance. Shuswap Estates 18 hole golf course is a five minute drive. Chase's nine hole golf course is 15 minutes. We seldom see houseboats on this part of the lake. The rentals of these units in Sicamous, B.C. is miles away and 99.9% of the houseboats travel far away on the east end of the Shuswap Lakes. There are two marinas within ten minutes of the condo. There is a reason renters come back year after year!
