You can catch me on 80 thru 10 Meters operating BPSK31/MFSK16/HELL   with occasional CW enjoying a fresh hot brewed cup of coffee     during the fall and winter months...

The basic operating station is a YAESU FT-897D HF transceiver, the HP Pavilion a6638w AMD Sempron Dual Core for the digital operating modes and logging, primary antenna being the Hustler 6BTV vertical ground mounted with a total of 68 radials cut for 40 20 15 and 10 meters quarterwavelength located on the east end of the property.
A homebrew antenna is used in addition to the primary antenna, a multi band insulated wire inverted vee for 80-40-20 and 17 Meter bands at a 30 feet apex in the backyard east side tree and is fed with a single feed RG6 coax connected to a homebrew coax relay unit (3 antenna switcher) which is controlled via a modified automotive DPDT toggle switch (LED and current limit resistor replaced filament bulb) at the main operating position and fine tuned with the LDG AT-200 Pro autotuner.
For VHF and UHF, I use the Comet CX-333 triband antenna for NBFM, packet operations on 2 meters, ISS and the PCSAT and general VHF-UHF repeater operations.
Plans are to purchase a new low noise amplifier and incorporate a RF sensed transmit-receive switch for Satellite packet and weak signal use.
