| One of the only bad parts about being in the bunny business is that sometimes your animals die. Even though I have been in rabbits for a long time, my bunnies dying is never an easy thing. This past fall, I lost one of my very special rabbits, Erb's Queen. She had a great personality. She was one of those rabbits that was more like a person. She would wait for me by her door to get a special treat or some special attention. I loved to pet her chin like a little kitten. Queen was also a great show rabbit. She won three Best in Shows for me. When she started showing for me, her personality got even better. It was almost as if she knew she was special. I named her Queen before I ever put her on the table. This past fall, when she died, I was quite devastated. I miss her very much, she was way to young to lose. I never really got to show her very much, she didnt start showing until she was an older jr, and then I only showed her a few times as a sr, but every time she sure made me proud.
