Simmer meat mixture (first four ingredients) for 10 minutes. Cut a loaf of French
bread in half lengthwise. Place each half on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil (for easy
clean-up). Spoon the meat mixture evenly across both
pieces. Add extra toppings. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, adding cheese to the top
after about
10 minutes.
Slice in 1 1/2 inch strips and serve. My mom used to make this for my youth
group and they all LOVED it.

Ingredients:
- 2 cans biscuits (cheapest ones)
- 1-2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
- Cheese (shredded-cheddar, mozzarella, whatever)
- 1 can or jar spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
After hamburger is cooked and drained, line the bottom of a 9x12 pan with the
biscuits, touching (I use a roller to smooth out, but you don't have to) Place
hamburger across the top. Next, spoon spaghetti sauce across the top of that
and sprinkle with grated cheese, lots! Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-45
minutes. (Our oven takes 45 min. or the biscuits are doughy.) You can make with
pepperoni instead or add your favorite toppings!
