Wash grade erosion treatment investigation. Obtained a northern Arizona Native American reservation and nearby village community feedback on the proposed Wash Natural Resource Plan (NRP) Revised Work Plan Schedule, reviewed their expectations on the final product, presented latest hydrologic analysis results, and discussed engineering considerations. Facilitated discussion on current planning status and latest concerns. Collaborated with the local District Conservationist (DC) to arrange meeting time, meeting location, and for opening and closing statements. Flood retarding treatment investigation. Presented a viable engineering alternative of rehabilitating an existing flood retarding structure to flood control district and state water resources department officials. This alternative was part of a watershed and environmental assessment. |

Wash grade erosion treatment investigation. Engineering alternatives were presented in a document entitled Formulating Alternatives—Engineering. It featured established objectives and goals that were categorized by resource and benefit land areas, applicable federal technical and/or financial assistance programs, and engineering treatments. Developed the Revised Work Plan Schedule that included justification statements and a Gantt chart complete with tasks, completed task duration, projected uncompleted tasks duration, and projected completion dates. Flood retarding treatment investigation. Estimated $1.4 million dollars optimized cost after developing a ninety-six page Mathcad computer file and consulting with a Hydraulic Engineer. The file featured watershed project sponsor objectives, applicable federal technical and/or financial assistance programs, and engineering analyses. Internet tools. Accessed the Internet using Microsoft (MS) Internet Explorer and communicated by electronic mail and facsimile using MS Outlook Express in the MS Windows computer environment.
