| Lenny Thomas has been operating the five bridges which crosses the Gowanus Canal for more than a decade. He has seen them come and has seen them go. He is also the author of the " Chicken Man" recipe book. Lenny operates his own mobile gourmet rotissery. Soon , Lenny will retire and plans to open a restaurant in the NYC area. Lenny" The Chicken Man" Thomas can often be found at various NYC Galas and community events. Lenny joins us each year for to celebrate and encourage the restoration of this once vital and historical marine wildlife habitat.
