Golden Acorns*

"Tall oaks from little acorns grow," a colonial slogan which has described the work of our junior members. Since the society chose the oak leaf as it's symbol, the junior members in forming their part of the society chose to be called "Golden acorns." That is in following the colonial slogan from young members a great soicety is born. In choosing a symbol for this web page the editor chose to follow the tradition of the acorn. As each part of the society pulls together to form a strong cohessive group. Look to the acorn from its tiny shell the mightly oak is formed

* A "Golden Acorn" is defined as any member up to the age of 45 who joined the National Society prior to her 36th birthday.
