| 130-160 | Instructor (INS) |
| 160+ | Senior Instructor (INS+) |
Since this airline only has a fleet of Boeing 737's, all pilots can fly any aircraft. However, when they reach Instructor rating, they are qualified to train other pilots, working under the Training Manager's instruction and authority. All staff with Senior Positions such as CEO or ACEO automatically obtain a rating of CAPT or higher, regardless of their hours. Also, any pilots with any real world experience, such as ex private or commercial pilot, or even ex real world air traffic controller, may be awarded a higher rating.
