Red Clay
He pushed it through
my eyes screamed out in the pain
of years removed on all sides
Then left was the stain
Was the bull sane?
Scorching others daily
but attaining me one time
as he wanders off
to wallow in the grime
I hear the last chime
grinning from his seat
as I squirm around with tears
carry that pain and flame
that have burned for years.
Live life without fears.
