Studying and Working in Canada
Service Canada for Youth and Students

This is as close as you'll get to one-stop shopping for Federal Government information for you.
Loans, grants, scholarships and bursaries; apprenticeship and employment programs; even information on "Life Events" such as moving, starting post-secondary education, and starting a business.  Check it out if you're a student with Canadian citizenship, because chances are it has something you do or will need.
Below you'll find direct links to some of the most useful Service Canada pages, but you can also get to these from the link above.

Education and Training-Just for Youth and Students
Money, money, money, and some employment links.  But mostly grants, loans, and bursaries.
Provincial and Territorial Student Links
If you're planning on Post-Secondary Education, you may need a government loan.  And if you need a government loan, you probably need your Provincial or Territorial Loan Program.  So here they are, both student loan links, as well as employment and general student/youth links where they are available.  Many of these sites also provide links to Federal Government information that you may require, so you might be able to do all your government information accessing through your Province or Territory.  As well, some Provinces have a central processing centre for applications to university and/or college, so you may find that you need to visit the website of a Province other than the one you're legally a resident of.

For Provinces that have only one page that needs to be linked, click on the Province name to visit the Post-Secondary site.  Where there is more than one that seems useful to link, each is linked under the Province's name, although of course the sites are linked to each other in such cases.

I have noted what sites have French as an option, and including directions to the French link, although it's hardly necessary, as they're all pretty easy to find.

Alberta
Planning for Post-Secondary Education

Mostly about money, but who doesn't need money?  There are also links to help high school students in different grades plan for college or university.

Post-Secondary Education

If you're already past the planning stages, everything you need from Alberta's Provincial Government is here!
British Columbia
Post-Secondary and Continuing Education

This is the index of student information available for BC.
Student Aid BC

This is exactly what it sounds like.  You need money for school, you from BC, you go here.
Manitoba
MB4Youth.ca
Yes, it's one central place with links to "over 200 programs and services".  We love Manitoba for making life so simple!
Click the link in the centre of the title bar at the top to get the French version.
Advanced Education and Literacy
I know, I said it was available from one central place (above), but if you just want education, not jobs and stuff, you might be better off here.  But if you want a hip, youth-friendly format, definitely use MB4Youth instead.  French is available via the link at the top right corner.
New Brunswick
The French version can be accessed from the link in the top right corner.
Newfoundland and Labrador
Northwest Territories
Nova Scotia

There's a link in the top left corner for the French version.
Nunavut
Nunavut did have a student job program, but the website no longer exists (except for the title page) and they have no resources specifically for Post-Secondary students.

Ontario
For French, scroll to the top of the page and click the link in the upper right corner.
Prince Edward Island
Quebec (English)
Quebec (Francais)
I'm sorry, I know it's inconsistant of me to include the French link for Quebec and not for the other Provinces and Yukon, that have a French version, but somehow I just couldn't stand not to include both.
The student loan link is right at the bottom of the page, if you're wondering.
Yukon
For French, click the link in the upper right-hand corner.
