Well it is that time of year again. Is your mom easy to shop for or hard? What does she like? ....a nice gesture, store bought gifts, handmade or something else entirely?

My mom collects many things some are just not in my budget like Hummels ( she has not even gotten one for herself in a long time). The things like old indian stuff is hard to do too since she has lots of different things and finding something she does not have or have something close to already is difficult. She loves to read but again this is hard cause she is like me in that if it is an author she likes she is there to get the next book out by them the month it comes out(GUESS WHERE I GOT MY READING ALL THE TIME FROM...)

OK so pretty much rules out nick knacks and books. She has Lots of allergies to getting her perfumes and bath stuff and flowers dont work too well either.

The last many years now I have given her something I have made. Often times is a piece (s) of jewelry. But now she pretty much has one (in some cases more than one in having same piece in different colored stones) of everything I make.

Last year I got her a pretty vase and Made flowers to go in it. She really liked that. She also got tickled in that my brother was fooled. When he saw them he thought I had bought her a big bouquet of flowers...was not till she was laughing and having him touch the flowers did he figure out they were not real. Guess I could make her more flowers but I dont know.

Any suggestions aside from my usual of making her jewelry or flowers?
