Had a busy day today. Played at Ourimbah Uni at 9:30 in the morning and we were still sleepy. The guys running it were really cool and said they wanted us for more gigs in Gosford later in the year when there new cafe opens. (The 'Labrynth' it's one by the Gosford youth services so support if you can) It was really fuckin' hot but we played well. I think we had vocal probs on the P.A. but that happens. Later that day we played at Heidi's school for an exam. We set up before lunch and started playing really loud when the bell went. A bunch of guys came and watched until the teachers caught wind of it and kicked out and told us to shut up. Heidi did very well. I think she got something like 28 1/2 out of 30. Good on her.
It's really fucking hot.

Man are we pissed off. You know how it is when you are young, aproaching your teens and your favorite bands are your gods. Well Motley Crue were my band. Last time they toured Australia was back in '89 or '90 and I was at the age of around 10. So you could imagine my disapiontment when Mum and Dad said I was too young to go.
Cut to present,
Motley were booked to play Newcastle at the end of November. I thought yes I can be 10 again. Heidi, Dick and myself were so excited that Dick's armpits started to froath and I starting getting giddy. Then Heidi got us tickets right down the front. A dream come true for this youth. NOW WE FIND OUT THAT THE SHOW IS CANCELLED AND WE CAN GET A REFUND OR TRADE FOR DISCOUNTED SEATS AT SYDNEY. We are not happy. We hade primolio seats for Newcastle and now we can either miss out or get shit seats. I vote shit seats but this likely lad is not happy. Should I break the new seat just on principle? Morals don't guide me well.

Not happy at all now. Motley have cancelled their whole tour. That shit aint cool. What about the fans that did buy the tickets? Oh well, they're old now.

We are so cool. We have no albums, get no gigs and no one hears us and we already have an anti site. The comparison to Mozart was cool but the guy hasn't heard us.
And guy, we do know who you are. You don't have very trust worthy friends.
In other news we jammed tonight and have been kicking out some really good new songs. (at least I'd like to think so)
They are still heaps poppy but alot more heavy in the rock sense. Plus at the same time we have been doing some mellow tunes that should be on our next demo.
We are gunna record it on the 25th (fingers crossed)
Don't forget the Labrynth gig on the 1st of December.
