Thunder Stone - Use it on Pikachu, or Eevee to make it evolve
Water Stone - Use it on Poliwhirl, Starmie, Shellder, and Eevee to make them evolve
Leaf Stone - Use it on Weepinbell, Gloom and Exeggcute to make it evolve
Moon Stone - Use it on Jigglypuff, Clefairy, Nidorino, and Nidorina to make it evolve
Helix Fossil - Give it to the man at Cinnabar Lab for Omanyte
Dome Fossil - Give it to the man at Cinnabar Lab for Kabuto
Old Amber - Give it to the man at Cinnabar Lab for Aerodactyl

Antidote - This cures Poison
Burn heal - Heals Pokémon that are Burned
Ice Heal - Heals Pokémon that are Frozen
Awakening - Wakes up sleeping Pokémon
Paralyze Heal - Heal Paralyzed Pokémon
Full Heal - Heal all condition that are listed above
Potion - Restores a little health
Super Potion - Heals more then Potion
Hyper Potion - Heals more then Super Potion
Max Potion - Fully restores Health
Fully Restore - Fully heals Health and Heals conditions listed above
Revive - Heals half the energy of a fainted Pokémon
Max Revive - Heals all of the energy of a fainted Pokémon

Rare Candy - Raises a Pokémon level by 1
HP Up - HP levels will increase
Protein - Attack Power points will increase
Iron - Defense Power points will increase
Carbos - Speed points will increase
Calcium - Special ability points will increase
X Attack - Attack power increases in battle
X Defense - Defense Power will increase in battle
X Speed - Speed will increase in battle
X Special - Special ability will increase in battle
X Accuracy - Chance of hitting increases
Guard Spec. - Enemy cant use special attacks
Dire Hit - You attacks will be more effective
PP Up - PP level will increase on 1 attack
