As some of you may have guessed, this is the REC's bar. It's located on Cure-Labelle........ ? Haha... i'll find out the address soon..... Friday and Saturday is Karaoke. if you pick the right songs, people will sing along :) On karaoke days the place is opened from 11:00- 3:00AM and from Sunday to Thursday it's 11:00- 23:00. On Sunday there are jam sessions... but i've only been there a couple of times on karaoke nights cause my *friend* and his gf are addicted to that bar (and their friends that go there) and singing.
I don't sing and i don't drink much... so i don't have as much fun as everybody else... but besides that the place is cool;The graffiti on the wall is AMAZING and the ambiance of the room is cool and comfy. Depending on who goes there and when, there could be alot of french songs... but that's ok... as long as the person can sing it right. Lately security guards pass by often to check for "little people". Actually, I'M a little person........ suckers....... heh....
Oh, btw, i think that on friday nights girls don't pay for Laser Q thingy.... if that's true that's really cool (Although i hate to play that fucking game cause i suck). And another thing... I only like to go Rollerblading there during late at night when... it's NIGHT and there aren't little kids falling into you and all. One thing i really hate there is the FUCKING MUSIC. It's mostly rap and pop shit... Sure you get some good songs here and there.... but, ehhhh... Doesn't attract me too much at all.
So anyway, back to the bar... If you hear some guy singing Three Doors Down and other shit like that often, while screaming "YEAH!" outta nowhere the whole night... i know him :P and You might too :)
