ShadowWlf FyreWind is a black wolf with yellow eyes. There is a white patch on the tip of his tail. He stands nearly 3 ft tall and is a little over 4 ft long. He was abused by a human, but he managed to escape and find his way to the clearing. His age is unknown, but he is estimated to be between 4 and 6.

Shadow was formerly Beta but, due to inactivity, became an unranked subordinate. He later quit the pack to join the Autumn Winds on DALnet. After the fall of that pack, he wandered lone for a while, gathering his thoughts, until he returned home to the Silver Mists. He and Katara began courting on the same day he asked for assessment: January 4, 2005. They became mates on January 18, 2005. He was initiated as Guardian on February 8, 2005. On June 13th 2006, ShadowWlf annulled his mateship with Katara and began courting Kahi. On July 11th he became Kahi's mate, and on July 18th he was promoted to the Beta position.

ShadowWlf is the father of Snow^Whisper, MoonFire and Grey_Wolf, through adoption. He was also the former mate of Alician and Katara as well as step-father of Envy.
