Whitewinds Tamashii is a two year old Arctic wolf. He is a large, fully grown male, standing 2'11" tall and measuring 5'4" from nose to tail tip. Above his right eye, there is a scar left over from a bear attack. His fur is pure white, and his eyes are an intense shade of icy blue. He is rather heavy, because of his size, and not so swift or agile, but very strong.

Whitewinds is the son of Lunarwinds and Vin, step-son to Alyth^. He is mated to Riverwind. He is the father of Starwinds, Solarwinds, and Thunderwinds. He is the cousin, through matehood, of Ame. His spirit sister is Hunter^. (See his family tree.)

Whitewinds' first family was the Northern Lights pack, the pack of his father. As he grow older, he stuck out more and more, instead of fitting in. Finally, he decided that he must leave and must not return until he learned how to be a better wolf. He found his way to the Silver Mists pack and made that his new home. They have shown him kindness and patience, and he hopes he may learn from him knowledge enough to make his family proud. He became Delta the day that he joined, July 27 of 2004 and was made Gamma when that position was created. He hosted his first mating ceremony on January 18, 2005! He was promoted to Acting Beta on April 12, 2005, but on April 26, 2005, the pack voted that he should remain Gamma. He became spirit brother to Hunter^ Alpha Sweet Mystic on May 10, 2005. He was demoted on July 12, 2005, as the pack felt he wasn't fulfilling his duties as Gamma anymore, and shortly thereafter, he quit the pack.
