Solarflare "Whiteclaw" Desintar is a 3 year-old Timberwolf. His eyes are a dazzling midnight blue, and his fur is the creamy white of Ivory. This large, muscular male stands 2'9" tall, measures 5'3" long, and weighs around 125lbs. Scars adorn his muzzle, trophies from past battles fought for survival, including a V-shaped one on his right side from a fight with hunters.

He is mate to Lenne, brother-in-law to Apolla + Octoberus and Amerylis, son-in-law to Autumn and Sirius. He is the uncle of Cyanne, Artemist, Hedwig, and CrescentHowl. He is expecting a litter of pups soon.(See his family tree.)

Solarflare was born to a small, but happy pack. Only two months after his birth, he disobeyed his mother and father and ventured into the forest to explore. He lost his way and never saw his parents again, despite years of searching. A lone female found the young cub and raised him, though she was not his biological mother. When he became an adult, he parted from his foster mother to find his own place in the world. During his travels he learned many things, including how to heal with natural remedies. He changed his name to Whiteclaw as his lone days began, leaving behind his painful past. Since then, his life has been a charade, and he has pretended to be someone else. Though at heart he is a very gentle, kind, and loving male, his true self is rarely seen, for it is shadowed his harsh exterior. Having been lone for many years, he has learned to act in a manner that instills fear. Once one gets to know him, the fear becomes respect for his solitary nature, his strength, and his skills as a fighter. A born warrior, Whiteclaw can rise to any challenge, though he has been defeated on several occasions. His rough personality is just a cover-up, a defense mechanism to protect him. At heart, he longs to find a mate to look after and care for and to have a family of his own.

Solarflare entered assessment on November 16, 2004 at the Silver Mists and has since revealed his true identity to his new packmates. He became a packmate on December 14, 2004, after sparring with Whitewinds. On January 4, 2005, he began courting Lenne; he became her mate on January 18.
