Tsurara of Moon Valley, Sentinel Silver Mist was a beautiful snow white wolf with a black patch on her back. Her eyes were dark yet clear, seeing what others could not. She wasn�t a very large wolfess but that didn�t stop her from doing her best. She stood about 2'5" and measured about 4�7 from her muzzle to the tip of her tail, weighing only 60lbs. Tsurara had a small scar on her underbelly from a fight she was unwillingly involved in. Though she could be sweet and sincere, she could also be firm and stern when necessary to ensure her pack's safety and health. She always put others before herself if its what she thought was best. Though she showed respect and submission to those ranking above her, Tsurara showed the same kindness and respect to those below her.
In a not far off land, Tsuara's first pack made its home. The wolves called themselves the Crimson Shadows, for they always hid in the darkness. Tsurara was born on March 26, 2003 to the small pack's alpha pair, IceWave and Charcoal. Though both parents were black, their litter came out with poofy white fur, yet Tsurara was the only one that had a charcoal spot on her back. SnowStorm, SmokeyMist, and Tsurara were a year old when they had decided to go their separate ways and leave their birth pack. Only their brother, FrostBite, decided to stay and one day become the alpha male in his father's place. Once everyone had said their goodbyes, Tsurara padded off towards the north alone while SnowStorm and SmokeyMist traveled together to the South.
A few months passed before Tsurara crossed an icy river to get to the other side to rest. Suddenly, a howl traveled through the air, lifting up to the sky. Slowly padding closer, Tsurara sniffed the air and followed the other wolf�s scent. As she neared, she spotted a small snow-covered clearing, and a wolf was in clear view of Tsurara, sitting on a rock in the middle of the vast space. The other wolf had its maw in the air, poised in another haunting yet beautiful howl. Tsurara crept closer, unsure about this new wolf. The other wolfess turned out to be the alpha of a small band of wolves, which inhabited the clearing. Now two years old, Tsurara thought it best if she settled down and joined a pack. A few weeks later, Tsurara became pledge to the Moon Valley wolf pack and was quite happy. Many weeks went by with some eventful days and some not so eventful days, but each one held a new outlook for Tsurara. Finally, a month had passed, and she became assessment.
Although she often wonders how her birth pack fares and is forever guessing how her sisters are doing on their search for their own homes, there is no doubt in her mind that she made the right decision. Before Tsurara had a chance to become a full packmate to the Moon Valley wolf pack, Alyth^, the alpha female of the pack, decided to merge with a pack known as the Silver Mists. Maybe it wasn�t the pack she had pledged to, but if her family could call it home, so could she. In her unwaivering loyalty, she followed her packmates there. She was initiated along with them and began training for the rank of Sentinel, which she believes will suit her just fine. Protecting her loved ones is what she does best. As long as her family stays whole, and stays together, Tsurara will never question herself, her pack, and her home.
Tsurara and her mate PenDragon sadly drowned on March 29, 2005, as they crossed the sandbar. Tsurara was more than a month pregnant with her first litter when their untimely death occured. She will be missed.
Tsurara is the daughter of IceWave and Charcoal, sister to SnowStorm, SmokeyMist, and Frostbite. She is mated to PenDragon, who is also a Silver Mist.
