MoonHowl is five years of age. He looks just like his father, but still shines some of his mother. His eyes are a very light green color and marked by black lining cutting in a diagonal pitch down his face. His snout is white, and the top of his head is a shadowed mix of black and white. His legs to his lower half are a peach and brown color. His upper half, including his tail, is a heavy mix of white, brown and black. His ears are dark brown and black.

MoonHowl is a five year old wolf from no particular forest. His mother, Ezuneth, roamed the wilderness before he was born and met a wolf known only as HowlingMoon. They never settled in to any clearing. His mother didn't like going to packs because she thought they would be judgemental. His father came by 5 years ago and bred himself and his brothers. HowlingMoon named him MoonHowl because he was the first born and the one in charge of the rest of the pack when he was old enough. But shortly after MoonHowl was born his mother took the cubs and ran off. She knew that HowlingMoon was a pack-born wolf, and she didn't want to expose her puppies to that life.

MoonHowl was finally fed up with the strays life that he was leading and not knowing his real father, so he left his mother against her wishes. The only thing he promised her was to not join a pack... but some promises need to be broken. He never caught the scent of his dad but he did find a puppy wandering in the wilderness. Two months later he rescued this puppy from a pack of humans. As he saw this situation he became angry. His father lost his first mate in the same way. He sneaked into the camp of humans and unhooked the pups collar. He was successful in helping the puppy escape. After they were clear he left the puppy to fend for himself. But little did that puppy know that MoonHowl was following him the whole time. That cub was Grey_Wolf.

He finally did catch scent of his father. He was in the same pack that this cub led him to. It was destiny that he meet this cub! It took him a long time to get the nerve to talk to his father. When he finally approached the Silver Mists WP his father wouldnt acknowledge him. That same day they went on a hunt, and MoonHowl accompanied, and his father went too.

During this hunt his father was killed, in a bold move at his age. His age of 9 years and 10 months finally caught up with him. Now he plans on joining the Silver Mists to start where his father finished. His admiration for his father goes a long way. He is more willing to spread the stories of his father than his own about his life. He entered assessment at the Silver Mists pack on November 23, 2004. He began training for Sentinel on November 30, 2004 and on that day began courting Katara Amarante. He had to take a leave of abscense shortly thereafter, and Katara dissolved her courtship with him to be with her former mate, the father of her daughters, ShadowWlf. Upon his return, on April 12, 2005, he was initiated as Sentinel. On May 5, 2005, he quit the pack after insulting Apolla, because he was upset at being scolded for rule breakage.

He is son of Ezuneth and HowlingMoon. His younger brothers are Sandy, Zomm, and Aviendha. His step-mother was HowlingStar; she mated with HowlingMoon in the Midnight Suns WP before he met Ezuneth. Their children died young and their names were never remembered.
