* Alicorn gets to her paws and slowly begins padding to her den
* Cryos walks by her side in case she needs to lean on anything
~(Alicorn)~ erf... Ive never done this before
~(Alicorn)~ but I think this is gonna suck
* Alicorn lowers herself and crawls into the den. she lays there a moment, facing the back, and then snorts cuz she can't see a thing.
~(Cryos)~ err...to be honest...and this isnt gonna sound supportive...i dought its gonna be fun
* Alicorn manages to turn herself around and stick her muzzle out of the denhole
* Cryos pads in after her
* Cryos tries to think....what do we need...
~(Alicorn)~ water and painkillers.
~(Cryos)~ errr...yes..thats it
* Alicorn lays her muzzle on her paws.
~(Cryos)~ thanks mom
* Alicorn nods.
* Cryos runs out and into his den where he kept some extra painkilling herbs and moss
~(Alicorn)~ I've watched people have litters before, so I know a -little- about it....
* Cryos runs back into his moms den and lays the stuff next to her then hesittates again
~(Cryos)~ okay...do we have anything i can bring the water in?
~(Alicorn)~ turtle shell?
~(Alicorn)~ and I think it's gonna get hot in here, so some wet skins would help keep me cool
~(Cryos)~ that will do if we have one
~(Cryos)~ okay
~(Cryos)~ do we have some in the cache?
~(Alicorn)~ go get some from the cave
~(Alicorn)~ the ones we sleep on

~(Alicorn)~ and wet them.
* Cryos gets a couple of skins and heads to the river and flings them in still holding on to them
~(Alicorn)~ careful now, don't get sucked in *chuckles*
* Cryos pulls the skins back out after letting them soak and returns to his moms den and lays them down
* Cryos tries to smile
~(Cryos)~ optimisms good mom...keep it up
* Alicorn nods.
~(Cryos)~ do we have a shell in the cache then?
~(Alicorn)~ there should be one in the cave
~(Cryos)~ okay
~(Alicorn)~ that's where we keep all the supplies =P
* Cryos runs for it

* Cryos grabs the shell and zooms to the river faster than before, then comes back to the den with the water filled shell and lays it next to his mom
~(Alicorn)~ yer gonna trip over something zooming like that, so calm down!

* StoneWolf continues pacing he perks up and decides to help the best he can, he gets the hollowed turtle shell fills it with water pads back to the den and lays it outside

* StoneWolf pads to the catch and tears off a piece of meat and lays it ouside the den aswell for Ali to eat afterwords.

* Alicorn exhales and lays her head on her muzzle, breathing deeply

* Alicorn gently nudges the pup towards her and chews off the umbelical cord...

* Alicorn winces again and whimpers softly, nuzzling the little pup and licking it clean.

* Alicorn huffs and licks at the pup's fur more
~(Cryos)~ is the pup normal? nothing unusual about it?
* Alicorn licks the fetal sac from the puppy's head and swallowz it n stuff... yuckie......

* StoneWolf nudges the water inside to Ali then ducks out again

* Alicorn shivers with the next round of contractions* StoneWolf stops and sits out side again having no idea what to do.
* Alicorn takes a deep breath and pushes again... then lets it out, and does it again... and so on..
* Cryos takes a deep breath and does something he isnt experienced at....being optimistic

* Alicorn yelps and twists some, as the next one comes out...
* Alicorn looks behind her and wags her tail some. She leans back to eat the fetal sac and the placenta and stuff... then pulls the pup towards her to lick it dry.
* Alicorn licks the grey-blue she-pup clean and then nudges it towards her belly. She then lays her head down, glad to rest a few moments.
* Cryos takes another breath and forces a smile again

* Alicorn hushes and whimpers softly, then breaths deep and starts pushing
* StoneWolf grrs softly angry that he cant do anything

* Alicorn whimpers as she strains to get the third pup out... finally she exhales and flops her head on her paws, panting

* Alicorn huffs and looks behind her at the good-sized male pup
* Cryos nudges the turtle shell toward her
* Alicorn chews the placenta off and swallows it, then grudgingly does the same to the fetal sac.
* DarkenedWolf sits just outide the clearing, thinking this may not be a good time to enter.
* Alicorn picks the pup up in her mouth and sets it down in front of her, licking it until its clean and dry.
* Alicorn nudges him to her belly with his sisters and then turns to lap up some water, but goes into another round of contractions before she can.
* Alicorn huffs, barely able to breath as she pushes this next one out...

* Alicorn swallows it, as she chews it off, and then begins chewing at the fetal sac.

* Alicorn tears it off and swallows it, then nudges the pup to her belly.

* Alicorn licks it to clean it and dry it off

* Alicorn whimpers softly, still licking at the pup. She lays back, sticking her head out of the den.
* Alicorn breathes slowly, calming down now... She feels some light contractions, not as sharp as the ones before.
* Alicorn continues to breathe slowly, pushing gently now and then with the contractions... and then with one final push, a tiny brown she-pup is born...
* Alicorn bites off the fetal sac so the pup can take her first breath, and swallows it.
* Alicorn starts chewing off the placenta
* StoneWolf smiles more brodly he crawls to his mate and nuzzles her resuringly
* Alicorn sets the placenta down somewhere, saving it for later... knowing she'll get hungry eventually
* Alicorn nudges the pup to her belly, and then begins licking it clean, until its nice and dry.
* Alicorn feels another light contraction
* Alicorn shivers a little
* DarkenedWolf smiles softly
* Alicorn continues taking short breaths, spaced out, giving small pushes as the small pup approaches birth... She yips as she feels him come out... then turns around to greet him, ripping off the fetal sac so it can take his first breath..
* Alicorn chews the placenta off and sets it over with the other one.

* Alicorn nudges the last pup to her belly, and laps up some water, then begins cleaning it off.
* Alicorn finishes and smiles at the row of pups nursing, then lays her head on her paws to rest.
* StoneWolf looks to his son the to his mate and crawls a little closer wanting to see his pups
* Alicorn moves a little to the side so Stone can stick his head in and see

* StoneWolf suddenly realizes he's wagging his tail he gives a soft grr as the pain works its way into his head he nuzzles his mate and licks her between the eyes

* StoneWolf grins at his mates creativity and noses the pups softly
