Of those who applied to begin training for Alpha, Lenne and Phantom were the two who the Alphas agreed upon.
Katara, though she is on LOA and is temporarily demoted to packmate, should be treated with the same respect due any Alpha when she does have a chance to make an appearance in the clearing.
Lenne became Shamaness.
Shanandoah became Beta.
Kalari was initiated as Caretaker after sharing a boar heart with Apolla.
A new rule was announced that anyone who will be idle for more than 10 minutes must be marked as away.
MoonHowl was permanently banished for insulting Alpha Apolla, showing disrespect to Alicorn, and threatening the pack as a whole.
Council members were asked to brainstorm ideas for summer activities and email them to Apolla. A sparring tournment and a hunting tournament are already being planned.
Council members were asked to help design a Services guide for newbies.
Council members from now on must send a monthly report to Alicorn. Sayna & Octoberus will send in their reports in the first week of every month. Shanandoah and Riverwind will send theirs in the second week. Apolla & Whitewinds will send theirs in the third week. Phantom will send his in the fourth week. You are free to swap weeks with someone else at anytime, as long as you inform me beforehand. Because you have a month to do each report, and because you can swap weeks if you need to, I expect everyone to turn their report in every month on time. This is to help Alicorn with the webpage as well as to let the Alphas know how you each, as council members, are contributing. Your report shall include:
You will also be required to go over a specific section of the webpage and find errors, such as typos, broken links, or things that need to be updated. Sayna will handle the Wolf RP section and the Interact section (because those two sections are rarely in need of updating). She will have to report typos, broken links, etc. and also nasty comments on the Guestbook. Shanandoah will handle the Settings section. She will have to remind me to update the Settings page when a season changes, and help me keep the Channels section up-to-date regarding dens and whatnot. Apolla & Whitewinds will handle the News, Etc. section. They will have to report things missing from the meeting roster or news page and remind me to update our pack history, making suggestions with what to add. Phantom will handle the Links section, keeping me up-to-date on what packs exist and what their web URLs are. In addition, Sayna will look over the Guests page and report to me errors in character biographies, things that need to be updated like ages, and provide me with any information that is missing by getting it from the character's player (like pictures, description, etc.). Shanandoah will look over the first two rows of biographies on the packmates page. Whitewinds will look over the second two rows (rows 3 and 4). Phantom will look over the third two rows (rows 5 and 6). Octoberus will look over the sixth row. Riverwind will look over the seventh row. You must report:
I will be forwarding copies of the reports to Apolla and to anyone who requests them (like, if someone thinks a certain council member isn't contributing and wants some proof).
