solarwolf was demoted to Omega, due to her lack of contribution to the pack's health and well-being (failure to RP, hunt, help make decisions, etc). The topic will be up for review at the next meeting.
Kamatz and Callestia were both placed on Inactive Status for the time-being.
New Pup Development Rules: Pups may visit other clearings at three months accompanied by a pack member at least 18 months old or a parent; Pups may visit other packs alone at six months
Changed OOC Rule #2: Idle limit down to ten minutes.
Added Assessment Rule #7: Be considered ready by the pack for initiation in 1 1/2 months. (If not ready, the wolf will be removed from assessment and may reapply later.)
Changed OOC Rule #3: OOC conversations are no longer permitted in the clearing. OOC is permitted up to three lines, but only for comments pertaining to RP such as explaining what is going on to a newcomer, marking yourself idle or back from idling, and correcting typos. "OOC mode" may be declared by Alphas, or a Beta in the Alphas' prescense, when little RP is going on, and the pack wishes to just discuss OOC matters.
Added Pack Rule #13: Deceitfulness of any kind may result in demotion, loss of membership, even banishment, depending on the severity of the situation.
Added Clearing Rule #7: Deceitfulness of any kind towards a pack member or Honored Guest may result in kick/ban or permanent banishment, depending on the severity of the situation.

Added Clearing Rule #8: Threats made by anyone towards anyone in our clearing may result in kick/ban, attack, or demotion.
Added Pack Rule #14: Threats made by a member towards anyone, in or out of our clearing, may result in probation, demotion, or loss of membership.
Added Pack Rule #15: Any wolf who kills another without just cause, in or ouot of our clearing, will lose their membership and be possibly banished.
Added Assessment Rule #8: Have not killed a wolf in their history without just cause
Khan- is hereby sentenced to banishment, for the following offenses: attacking an honored guest with intent to kill, issuing an indirect threat/challenge to an Alpha, lying to the pack about being rabid, ignoring an order given by an Acting Alpha, disrespecting an Acting Alpha, excessive zooming, and being a disgrace to wolvenkind.
