Meeting 2/5/02
The first time it happens, we will remove their ops and certain priveleges for a week, allowing them only a voice. If it happens for two or more weeks in a row, then we will temporarily remove their ranks. If it becomes a persistant problem, the wolf may be demoted to Omega until they see fit to attend meetings. If a wolf cannot give a reason before the meeting, their ops will still be removed; however, they may have their ops returned to them if they provide a voluntary explanation about their abscense.
