Meeting 12/11/01

  • Alician and BlackenedRain began courting
  • New Pack Rule: Wolves wishing to leave the pack must explain their reasons at a meeting, so the issues can be discussed and possibly solved
  • New Mating Rule: Litters of 2-7 pups only.
  • New Mating Rule: Wolves mate for life. Two wolves no longer wishing to be mated must discuss the reasons at a meeting in hopes of salvaging the relationship. Pups stay with the mother, unless she is neglectful.
  • New Mating Rule: Wolves wishing to court must ask an Alpha to begin courting at a pack meeting.
  • New Mating Rule: A couple may not breed again until they have players for their previous litter.
  • New Assessment Rule: Wolves must have a sponsor who will vouch for them when they ask for assessment; that wolf is responsible for making sure they know the pack rules and customs.
  • New Assessment Rule: All wolves must be 12+ OOC to join the pack.
  • Modified Assessment Rule: Wolves must be Honored Guests to ask for assessment.
  • New Guest Rule: Wolves must be a guest for a week before becoming an Honored Guest.
  • New Guest Rule: Wolves must come to the clearing for at least three days before being recognized officially as a guest.
  • Modified OOC Rule: If you idle for more than twenty minutes, you will be kicked unless your nick is marked away.
  • New Pack Rule: Both Alphas must agree on the following subjects: courtings, matings, punishments, initiations, demotions, promotions, banishments, and any changes concerning rules. They decide on these issues together at pack meetings.
  • New Assessment Rule: Pups under the age of six months old do not have to be Honored Guests to enter assessment; however, they must be guests. The assessment period of a pup will last only a week, unless the pack believes the assessment period for a particular pup needs to be longer; this is because pups are taught the pack ways by the pack, anyway.
