Dasani 'Tripod' Beta DesertWind is a half arctic, half timber wolf with bone-white fur and bright amber eyes: the color of the summer sun. She is three years old, weighing around 95 lbs, and standing at 27 inches from paw to shoulder. The most noticeable thing when looking at her, is the fact that she only has 3 paws, her left back paw is missing. A bear flung her into a tree while she was trying to protect a set of pups, the bone snapping at the ankle, she later chewed her own paw off to rid herself of the dead limb.

Dasasi's birthpack was killed by a rival pack fighting for the same territory and prey, very few family members from her birthpack survived. She, her sister Calina, and her brother ForestWinds, raised their younger sisters, Solara and Raina. Recently while on a pack migration Dasani found out that two of her younger siblings (from the same litter as Solara and Raina) whom she thought had perished with the rest of her birthpack, are actually alive, claiming that an elder had saved and raised them. Her younger sister Azalea, and younger brother Phantom have decided to travel with Dasani and the rest of the DesertWinds pack.

She is sister to Calina (littermate), Solara, Raina, and Azalea; brother to ForestWinds (littermate) and Phantom; spiritual sister to ArcticWolf and Kasara; mate to SnowStalker; mother to SnowSong, MountainChaser, RiverRunner, and Sand_Grain(adopted).
