Aquene_Wlf has a sad and lonely history. Her mother died after giving birth to her on March 14, 2001. Her father, a big but sweet and caring wolf, took care of her. One day, her father got into a fight with an alpha over a caribou he killed. Aquene_Wlf bound over to nuzzle and lick at him, but it was too late. Now all alone in a big world, Aquene_Wlf had to leave her birthpack FireGrounds and search day and night for food and water.
Further away were a few wolves on a hunt. She spotted them but was too afraid to go much closer. She padded a little towards them but then collapsed because she was so weak. the older of the four wolves perked her ears at the sound and followed her nose to Aquene_Wlf. Aquene_Wlf lay there, too weak to move, when something nudged her. Scared, she began to shake, and looked up to see a wolf almost exactly like her mother. She stoppped shaking and nuzzled the older wolf, but the wolf backed away a little. Aquene whimpered softly, but the wolf padded closer again and nuzzled Aquene. Aquene perked with delight almost immediately. To make a long story short, the wolf's name was NevaPaws. She carried the weak Aquene allt he way to their clearing to nourish her back to perfect health.
Aquene began to get to know all of the wolves in the pack when she was strong again. About a month or so ago, she was lying by the stream when HunterPup, NevaPaws, and Lukos came in carrying a pup about her age. He looked very skinny and weak. She lay nearby watching the wolves care for him, remembering how they had done the same for her. When the pup was cleaned up and well-fed, Neva and Lukos went to their den and chuffed for the pup to curl up in between them. He was awaken when Aquene began licking at his muzzle, wanting a playmate. It was the start of a close friendship.
So far, Aquene and Silver have been happily playing together. Pouncietacklenuzzleslurping all the time and just snuggling close to each other in their lil spot they made near the stream. Once again Aquene was able to be around people she now has come to love and will always love from now until forever. Aquene_Wlf knows that her life is now complete because she is found a pack who loves and will always care for her.
