| Swings In The Park: Ever remember the feeling of swinging backwards and forwards on the swings in the park? Well with this simple and easy technique, you are to visualise being on a swing going backwards and forwards gradually at first getting higher and higher and speeding up as you go along. Now when you finally feel you are going at the right pace for you to project you are to jump off the swing at the climax and fly off. This technique I made for myself and I hope you are as successful with it as I am Vibration Method: Many times you may feel vibrations or hear a buzzing sound when you are close to leaving your physical body. In this method, you must imagine that you can hear a buzzing sound. After a while your level of vibration may actually tune in enough to hear a buzzing sound without having to imagine it. Slowly try to raise the pitch so it will end up matching that of your astral body when you come to it. You will probably begin to feel vibrations which go up with the pitch until you are all clear to seperate and go into an OBE. Push And Pull: In this exercise you are to induce the swaying motion which can lead ot an OBE. You are to visualise a cord or rope attached to one of your chakras (third eye is use commonly). Followed by this you are to visualise your spirit guide holding the cord at the end and gently pulling on the cord and then relaxing. After some time you may begin to feel liek you are swaying to an fro with this constant, pulling and relaxing of the cord. Continue with this, having your guide begin to pull more and more as the swaying motion increases until you suddenly get pulled out of your body and into an OBE. |
