Etheric Realm: This is the physical realm, where we reside by. Ths is where we have rules and physical laws set, this is not the case for the astral. Here is where our bodies serve as vehicles for our souls and astral bodies etc as you go higher up in realms your body selfs change and get higher too.
Astral Realm: This is where our thoughtforms and fantasies can become reality. There is a theory that our thoughts and fantasies here in the etheric realm manifest themsevles onto the astral plane instantaneously. Also one thing to note, if you think negatively on the astral plane you will tend to attract negative beings and vice versa so thinking positive is best to do! And when creating your own worlds there too.
