�I hope to create beauty by the expressive use of colour and line. At the same time, I want to draw people�s attention to ugly truths. I want to show the shadow which lurks behind our bright, sunshine filled Australian culture.
�The inspiration for my artwork and animation comes from my need to express meaning where words fail. Words and speech can be discredited or ignored. But a beautiful artwork or a compelling animation, like a Trojan horse, can convey a difficult message to an audience.
�My interest in sub-cultures, indigenous culture, political studies and my travels overseas have made me passionate about defending diversity and self-identity. � |
