SILLY MOVIE RUMOR OF THE WEEK
-------------------------------------------------
A Swedish newspaper is reporting that Batman 5 will star
Clint Eastwood as a 60 year old Bruce Wayne and will chronicle the events that
persuade him to come out of retirement and don the cowl for the last time. !!
Not bad and it's
not even April 1st yet. Sounds like someone's read Dark Knight Returns too many
times !! Don't believe a word of this stupid rumor, it's only good for a laugh.
"SUB-ZERO" DELAYED TO NEXT YEAR
---------------------------------------------------
Word has just reached GOTHAM GAZETTE that the much
awaited Animated Movie SUB-ZERO has had its release date pushed back to 18th
March 1998 !! Almost a full year late !
What's going on here Warner Bros ? The movie is complete,
the novelization is out, the cels are on sale in the WB stores and fans are
clamouring for it, yet you won't release
it ? Releasing it this late also makes a mockery of the story, in that it was
designed to fit between events in Adventures Of Batman & Robin and the New
Batman / Superman Adventures.
