| The truth is: We don't hate Kevin. True, he's not our favorite, but we acknowledge that without Mr. Richardson's dedication and love of music and the Backstreet Boys, there would be no Backstreet Boys. Kevin can be a bit of a goof sometimes, but can't we all? Think about it. Nick is a total dumbass (no offense Nick) and AJ is a complete freak! (not totally a bad thing). Howie is just plain WEIRD and Brian is obsessed with his dogs! These are all quirks that make us all the more fond of each Backstreet Boy. Kevin is a real trooper. He really is. He puts up with more shit than anybody else could bear. I mean...he spends like a million hours a day with Nick. That's gotta be difficult. He also puts up with the critics that say he is just too old to be a Backstreet Boy. Kevin has broken the boundaries and stayed true to what he believes. He is a great role model and seems to be a wonderful person in general. He writes beautiful music without which Backstreet couldn't possibly have the success they do. He wrote "Back to Your Heart" for goodness sakes! That is a BEAUTIFUL song! He has not allowed the press and media to slow him down one bit, either! He's happily married and recently celebrated his first anniversary. That has to be a challenge with all the touring and stuff. So, really, this page is all about showing everyone that Kevin IS good for something. And to show that even Kevin has a beautiful side. The picture below demonstrates that.
