Chapter

Suzuki
left the station uneasily. No
one had taken him
seriously,
other than Mozda, who was no help since she hated?
him.
He beat his fists into his Palms.
"Darn
it," he said, "if this keeps up who knows what, could
happen."
He then realized that someone had heard him.
"Hey!"
Toyota yelled, "What's up?"
"Not good,"
Suzuki answered grimly, "I'm pretty sure Kavinah
is
dead, but the only person who believes me is that Mozda."
"I believe
you," Toyota answered, "There's no way Kavinah
could
have survived, besides you have always been right about,
these
kinds of things."
Suzuki
sighed, "I wish everyone else had that much sense."
"Considering the pattern of the attacks,"
Toyota said, "Aren't
you
worried you may be attacked?"
"It's
possible," Suzuki answered, "But I'm not worried." He
closed
his eyes as sparks danced on his hand, growing bigger
until
they were a mass of light. He
tossed it at a bush. In a
flash
of light, the bush burned and within seconds was completely ash, still burning
in the intense heat.
Suzuki
looked back at Toyota. She looked
calm. "You have a point,"
she said, "But is it enough?"
Chapter
3
Isuzu
rushed after Tarfin, using the man's dark Chi to follow
him.
The killer was now blasting all that stood in his way.
Good,
Isuzu thought, he's afraid of me, which gives me the advantage.
The man ran into a
warehouse and vanished from sight.
By
the light of burning buildings, ISUZU found the warehouse amidst the chaos.
However, his entrance was blocked. In his path stood tall, red haired woman with
a dark green suit. In the center of
her chest was a large, bright green star, identical in color to her boots and
kombatt boots.
"Could
you move lady, I'm in a bit of a hurry," Isuzu said.
"Make
me tough guy," the woman smirked.
A star of light shot from her hands.
Isuzu countered with a quick punch that knocked his attacker into the
warehouse.
Inside,
the woman and Isuzu began fighting madly in a whirlwind
of
fists and energy. Isuzu
finally kicked the stubborn woman
into
a shelf, which collapsed onto her.
Isuzu ran
after the man, who had gotten pretty far away
by
that time.
"Blast!"
Isuzu spat, "That crazy lady let him get away."
He
ran; guided by the path of carnage the evil Tarfin had left
in
his wake.
Kia had nearly
forgotten where she was in that moment. But
then
she remembered what was going on. Her
house was blazing,
The
flame quickly was consuming her room. The blast that
started
the blaze had thrown her against the wall.
So, just her and her
travel bag were left of her home. She
grabbed
the bag and leaped through the open window. She ran
toward
the side of the ware house and stared. Was
everybody
dead?
It just made no sense. Kia
turned back and saw the woman
emerge.
"Darn
him," she spat, "I'll teach him to mess with Kiasaki."
Kia
ran toward her.
"Did you see where that guy went?" she yelled hoping that he
could stop the one responsible for the chaos. Kiasaki thrust a devastating blow
that threw Kia into the wall of the warehouse.
"Outa
my way kid, that guy's mine." Kiasaki stormed off
through
the trail of destruction.
